HunterEye
v2 PREVIEW — voice-first. Upload the finished narration voice. HunterEye transcribes it in your browser with timestamps, you choose each part yourself, and it finds matching video clips (not photos) from nine free libraries. Posters load first — nothing downloads until you pick it.

Privacy: keys are stored only in this browser (localStorage) and are sent only to their own service (api.pexels.com / pixabay.com / api.europeana.eu) when you search. Without keys, HunterEye simply runs on the six free libraries.
Step 2 — Upload the voice
Upload the finished narration (mp3, wav or m4a). The transcription runs on this computer, in the browser — the voice file is not sent to any server. The first transcription downloads a small speech model (about 40 MB) once; after that it is cached by the browser.
How the parts work: after transcription, tap a start sentence and an end sentence in the transcript below — that stretch becomes one part. You decide every part; the tool never cuts parts by itself. Then search footage for that part and pick the winner.
Step 3 — Transcript — tap start & end to make a part
Tap ▶ to hear a sentence. Tap a sentence to mark the start, tap another to mark the end. The bar under the list shows the exact seconds of your stretch.
No voice transcribed yet. Upload the narration above and press Transcribe the voice.
Step 4 — Parts & footage
One card per part, in the order you made them. Use the suggested searches (built from the part's own words — tap one to search all nine libraries) or type your own words. Posters load first — nothing downloads until you pick it. A long winning clip asks for the portion you want (start / end) before it is saved.
No parts yet. Make the first part from the transcript above.
Step 5 — Progress & finish
No voice loaded yet.
File names are automatic: P01, P02, P03… in the order you made the parts. If you chose a portion of a long clip, the times ride in the name — e.g. P03_0m40-1m10.mp4 — and the same portion is written in the ZIP's README. If a library blocks the direct download, the ZIP still contains the README with the exact link and portion to grab.
